The second generation Valiant Armoury practical lines are out, they have redesigned leather handles and scabbards that are hand wrapped at the Valiant Armoury location in Texas. The blades come sharpened right out of the box great for cutting targets.

The belts will ship out in a couple of weeks, the swords arrived before the belt buckles. To keep cusomers happy Valiant decided to go ahead and ship out the swords for all the pre-orders. The belts will also be shipped at no additional cost.

There is actually 8, the new Odin blade "Warder" however, there is not a prototype available yet for viewing. As soon as I get more info I will have it posted. It is going to be a great year for all the new Valiant blades.

I talked to Sonny earlier, this is what he told me. "Wood and brass on the hilt the scabbard is wood" they will will be arriving in early Feb. 09'

I would say it is better than their practical models. We have not had the Ronin Katana in stock so there is no real way to compare. These models are very sharp and ready for cutting.

I actually got to handle a few of them, they are great works of art. Christian Fletcher did a great job on the design. Also the new Trim line are great well balanced swords. I just cant wait till they get the Actiums. But as they say great work takes time. The Trim practicals I do have in stock. But...
