I can say that the glamdring scabbards are gone, the elven warrior sword is gone, and the witchking dagger is gone. - I dropped way too much money on this sale!

Well. I missed out on one of the items I was hoping to snag, but I at least scored Herugrim and Sting. Couple more swords and my main LOTR collection is complete.

Yeah, there were five items on that list that I wanted to get, but money's too precious at the moment. Still making payments on the Lothlorien bow, and if there's a chance Haldir's sword makes it to production, I want to be ready to jump on that one when it comes out. One day I'll have to track down all the items I'm missing though.

Boy if this doesn't just say it all. When we don't have a piece we have to get it, but after we get what we want; DEREK puts everything on clearance. I'm always finding out I spent too much on what I have, and I never have the money when something I still need is on sale.

Haha I know what you mean. I watch eBay and other sites religiously to see what these things are selling at so when he posted this clearance list I went nuts and spend a little toooo much towards completing my collection. Oh well I just need to sail an extra regatta or design and build an extra website this year and I should be able to pay it off. I wish I had gotten that high elven warrior sword or the glamdring scabbard I have been wanting those for a while.

Its a great sword and I gave the helm that goes with it....all I need is the shield.

I'll trade ya the shield for the helm and sword. Haha

After all I went through to get that helm? Heck no!

Thanks for the update. It looks like most of the lotr items are gone.

Yes. I will be posting a couple more items after this weekend. I have a couple FKL Minis (very cool! Much nicer than the other mini's), a displayed mini shards of narsil from UC, a Fan Club Magazine and an Authentic Memorabilia swatch of Peregrim's clothing.

I'm a bit suprised that there are no Kit Rae fans gobbling up his swords! In honesty, they are the most beautiful, creative and economic items! No Kit Rae sword looks nearly as good in a photo as it does in your hand or on the wall! I've been a fan of his since I can remember. My favorite knife is the Archeros and sword is the new Volthelok! Gil Hibben's Tigershark is still my favorite fantasy knife (sorry Kit).

I already purchased way to much from you this time around. Got to save up for the next clearance sale when I will finally finish my collection! We'll see how that goes lol.

Derek, just out of curiosity, is your Gandalf Staff the older one with the metal head and bad paint-chipping problems, or the second-run one with the resin head?

its amazing Derek drops $20-40 off the prices of the swords and suddenly we purchase thousands of dollars of merchandise in a matter of minutes.... its not that big of a price drop really but man does it make us buy lol.

Derek, got my stuff today. Talk about lightning fast shipping! Awesome sword and scabbard. And great price too. $120 for Sam's sword and Sting scabbard. Contrary to popular belief, Sam's sword isn't actually that bad, I kinda like it! Although can someone e xp lain to me why mine's numbered but it's not MC?

After uc went bankrupt they started to number all of their items. From shai I understand it is a way of setting them apart from the cheap Chinese knockoffs.

Hmm....well I got number 0011, so I'm quite happy!

Cool I have 047 of the LE version. (I call it LE because I seriously don't think that it even begins to compare to the quality and beauty if the glamdring and sting museum collection swords. Worth the exta $30-40 yes, worth the title of MC no)

Exactly...I wanted the Sting Scabbard as well so I only shelled out the cash for the UL.

Fin, You could commission Jamanticus to apply his "Scratch 'n Dent" skills to your UE Sam's sword.

His beat up gallery is pretty impressive.

For less than you would have paid for the MC version Jaman might be able to give you one heckuva movie version of the Weathertop sword, and maybe even better distressed than the MC sword.

I saw his stuff and it looks beautiful. Think he would be interested in toning down the shiny of my morgul knife or letting me in in the secret so i can butcher it myself.
