The person you are trying to PM might have their PM-box full. When that happens, you might have to tell him/her so in a thread or by e-mail. Matter of fact, they might even come across this thread. I'm going to send you a PM just to make sure the feature is working. Good luck!

I have never encountered a problem like this before. I checked it out and my control panel says that there is only 1 private message in your inbox. If you'd like I can remove all messages and see if that does the trick.

Also. I am concerned about the nature of your signature. You seem to be advertising myspace quite a bit. We do not take kindly to advertising, so if you could remove that asap, that would be great.
