when I try to upload a picture to my member gallery I get this error message:

Sorry if that's an old or well known problem, I haven't been here for about half a year.

The gallery's last successful post was August 8.

Ok folks try it now. There is still an SMTP error but that has nothing to do with image uploading, its an email issue. Let me know.

I get that message too. I just tried to upload a photo of some art work I created and it wouldn't let me.

I haven't been around much and as a result, it looks like this problem got left off the radar. I will look into it for you and let you know what I've discovered. I have a feeling that this may require Justin's talents though.

I've now tried uploading several images. The first ones I tried to upload were full resolution pictures from my DSLR. These are huge files and it looks like they failed to upload. It went through the whole process of uploading and it even said that it was uploaded successfully. I resized the picture and it worked perfectly.

I don't know if that is the issue or not, but in your post, the filename was "DSCN0029s.jpg", which I know if from a camera. Out of curiosity, have you tried to resize the picture to something less than 1024?

If that is not the issue, then I will ask Justin to take a look at it as there seems to be nothing wrong.

I have a problem as well. When I try to upload photos from my computer, I get a message about a missing security token. But, if I put my cameras xd card into my computer I can upload them from there. Strange, no?

ok - now what happened to the 'my photos' and the 'upload photos' buttons?

Yeah, where is the "Upload photos" button for the UC Forums Gallery? It's nowhere to be found.

I was thinking of uploading some new pictures and deleting old ones. However, it looks like the problem discussed in this thread was never addressed and the thread just died. Did anyone every hear what happened to the option to upload new pictures? Is there a new process?

year steel servent. it most be time to, actuly get further whit this isue.

i had this problem ages ago,then i got vso.and evrything got easy to upload pic.
but then there was some breakdown on uc forums.whits also seems to infected the uploading pictuer.efect.

i did try to upload some pic. ,but it got to complicatet and took to much time ,so i droped it.

i now a poctuer says more than a 1000 words,ore at last a 1000 words will come around a pictuer.
