Try as I might, I am unable to delete old messages from my "in" and "sent" folders. What am I doing incorrectly?

Not sure...I was able to do so just now, but I'm also an Admin. There might be some wizardry involved. I imagine just clicking on it and doing the 'Delete Message' should do it...

I'm also using Chrome. It could be a browser-based issue...Not sure what you're using?

I'm using Chrome on an Android tablet. I mark the messages (with a check mark), but when I try to select "delete marked" nothing happens . . .

Edited to add . . . Tried anothercapproach and created a new folder to move some old messages into. I can see the folder, but the same thing happens as with the delete function. I cannot click on it to move the marked messages. I'm getting nowhere.
