I picked up Hallmark's 2005 "Dream Book" (catalog) this evening and it has a cool lineup of genre ornaments for this year, as follows:

LOTR: Gandalf the Grey
Star Trek: Khan from TOS "Space Seed," Locutus and the Borg Queen from "ST: First Contact," the Enterprise-A (finally!!!!)
Star Wars: Darth Vader (again) from TESB, Leia (again) from ROTJ, Anakin's Jedi starfighter from ROTS, Clone Trooper from ROTS, miniature Millennium Falcon and miniature Darth Vader Tie Fighter

So, Hallmark will have its fangs embedded deeply in my wallet again this year. This all started for me in 1991, when they did the Enterprise from TOS. The next few years weren't too e xp ensive, as they were just doing one ornament a year that I wanted. Then they started doing Star WArs, and then multiple releases. And now, 14 years later, I have huge storage tubs full of Hallmark ornaments. I have too many to even think about putting on my Christmas tree. So I just keep the choicer ones out on a shelf in my library on display.
