It breaks my heart to inform all of you that our fellow member in the S&F Matsedal, known in our real world as Robin Ladestam was killed in an accident last spring.

I have sent many emails to him over the year and recently became very concerned about him since he was not responding.
Robin worked at sea, a dangerous occupation.

I just responded to an email I received from his mother in which my fears for him were confirmed.

I hope to hear back from her and will continue to keep all of you informed.

I have offered to help Robin's mother liquidate his collection.
If that does happen, it is my hope that any of you who purchase items will NEVER sell, keeping it in his memory.

Robin bought one of my Eomer Helms, #02/20.

Most of you will remember Robin instantly, he was the one who bought the entire Witch King armour from Kropserkel.

He had told all of us he would post pics as soon as he received it.

Sadly, we never heard from Robin again.

My heart is broken.

Robin's enthusiasm for his LOTR collection was at the heart of our friendship. He cherished his Eomer helm, and it budded our close friendship.

I did not know Robin but was very sad to hear of his passing. Prayers going up.

21yrs is too short a time. God has a plan for us all, but no one should ever be allotted such a short amount of time to e xp erience life. I hope he was loved by many, and disliked by none. Farewell Robin, the white shores have called you home.
