Firstly, congratulations on your Sauron helm!
The CoA problem has been an issue before like you say. I would suggest going to United directly about this mix-up, as there's no way of knowing if they put your Helm certificate in with #1759 of the Gauntlet. I'm sure they'll be happy to send you a replacement CoA.
As for the John Howe certificate, the Sauron Helm does not come with one. He only signs certificates for the pieces that he designed personally, so it can be assumed that it was someone like Warren Mahy from WETA that designed Sauron's armour, not John Howe.
