Does anyone know if and how I can get replacement parts, mainly plaques, from UC?

I had an accident with my Unlimited Anduril plaque(supporting hook bent downwards and snapped leaving half of itself inside the hole, so now I cant hang the sword)and probably need a replacement.

Any help is appreciated.

Contact the dealer you bought it from, or phone (don't email them, you probably will not get a responce) United Cutlery. When I broke my Sauron Gauntlet dome, I contacted my dealer, they were able to get an extra dome and plaque from UC at no cost, all I had to pay was shipping.
