Some of those are still a little overpriced in my opinion, but there's some good grabs on there. What are you gonna pick up, GW?

Hehe, that Anduril that's on "sale" on the site (not to poke fun at too much of their pricing, as they do have some sweet deals on that page) is the exact same price I paid for my Anduril back in 2005.

...This does make me consider picking up the shields, though...

I grabbed the Witchking Sword and Dagger.

Yeah, some of the prices are nothing special, but others are pretty sweet.

Jaman, you should get the Gondor Shield. Then when you like it so much you can thank me by buying the Elven Shield and sending it to me.

It's pretty hard not to take advantage of some of these pieces at the prices being offered.

The question is; do I want more pieces?

I know there is room for more in my current plan, but there's no room for all. So what's the point?

Gimli's Bearded ax is about the only thing other than the Gondorian shield, and neither hold much sway. This is where what I've got outweighs where the money should go, putting the money into displays wins.

If I were you Thrand, I'd totally go for the shield. To me, the bearded axe just seem like something one would buy for the same reason one would buy Sam's sword, simply to have them.

I'll probably end up getting the HEWS or Hadhafang myself, if they have either in stock. Anyways, which should I buy? Or, to sound ridiculously viking-ish, which is the bigger, heavier sword?

Get the HEWS, Darlak, get the HEWS! Hadhafang, while a sword definitely worth owning, is dainty in comparison with the HEWS.

What do you mean by dainty by the way?

Well, Hadhafang's just a lot smaller, more slender, and has more delicate-looking details (with the vines and the lettering and all those). It's a very nice look, but the HEWS is a lot more imposing, which I like.

Such a shame they ditched Haldir's sword...

Indeed it is a shame, I have a perfect spot for it on me wall. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers. Or rather, low-budget polystone collectors can't be choosers.

Hard to beat the prices on Samwise MC, the RMC or even the bearded axe. should be able to get the Gondor shield for around $155 on Ebay.

Isildur and Glamdring are not bad either.
