Museum Replicas has new products out from the recent movie, The Eagle. Some pretty cool stuff in there. I'm especially fond of those cool helmets!

2Meh.
The "roman commander cuirass" is historically incorrect as well. Hollywood should be able to get stuff like that right by 2011...

Re: The Eagle Replicas
4Well, i'm liking the swords that are coming out from this lineup....just great to see some different functional gladii (with better quality than a Deepeeka) for a reasonable price. In terms of historically accuracy...i'm more of a swords guy, so please correct me if i'm wrong. But it seems like this movie is set in the older Roman Era (Late Republic?)...in which commanders / generals would still dawn the armour of the Greeks...hence the muscled cuirass...
