I'm looking for the value of the Weta Pipe Staff ( complete with all boxes, pipe, pipe stand, the staff and the tobacco pouch ), perfect condition.

Alex, are you asking because you are selling or buying? Not that it makes a ton of difference... but it does.

I'm most likely using my Staff as a partial trade vs something non LOTR related

There's one up on ebay right now, but the asking price is way over the top. I've seen this seller before and he always lists stuff for x10 the going value of most things, so I wouldn't use that as a reliable measure.

Another seller has both the Weta Radagast and Saruman staves, and those are quite rare as well, and he's asking $700 US for each. I think that's quite reasonable, and I wouldn't be surprised to see those fetch $1000 on a good day.
